Instalação e calibração do sistema de spin coating do LDCI

Abstract

This project is the result and continuation of my scientific project (in the program entitled PIC). Aiming the characterization and installation of the spin coating system placed at LDCI (Laboratory of Devices and Integrated Circuits), thin films made of PEDOT:PSS (poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(4-styrenesulphonate)) and of PS:BO 34% (polysthyrene:buriti oil) were deposited onto flexible planar polyester substrates testing the three variable parameters of this system: angular acceleration, process time and angular speed. A detailed experimental procedure was developed to obtain reproducible uniform films with thickness and resistance determined. Some other coating techniques of polymeric thin films were briefly described and graphics with the experimental data were plotted.
