Instability mechanisms and evolution of a rocky cliff on the Atlantic coast of Spain

Abstract: Predicting the response of rocky coasts to different erosional agents remains a great challenge at present. The episodic and discontinuous nature of the instability processes typical of hard bedrocks makes it difficult to make predictions based on observations over short research periods.
