Abstract: The uptake, translocation, and accumulation of mefentrifluconazole (MFZ), an innovative chiral triazole fungicide, in plants at the enantiomeric level are still unclear. Herein, we investigated the patterns and mechanisms of enantiomeric uptake, bioaccumulation, and translocation through several experiments.
