Insights Gained from an Online Journal Club for Fieldwork Educators

Abstract: Academic programs are tasked with the responsibility of providing support for fieldwork educators who provide training for their students. This article describes a pilot program wherein nine fieldwork educators participated in a weekly online journal club to gain increased knowledge of evidence-based supervision strategies.
