Insertion Structures for Transparent Metal Electrodes Prepared by Nanoimprint Lithography

Abstract: This paper proposed an efficient process for manufacturing stable insertion structures inside poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) substrates through only three steps, i.e., nanoimprint, metal deposition, and burnishing.
