Abstract:Nepal is geographically located between India and China, a region containing significant Tuberculosis (TB) and Multi-Drug Resistance (MDR-TB) burdens. However, limited information is available on the phylogenetic diversity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) in Nepal.
