Carreiras Híbridas: Proposta de Conceituação a partir de Revisão Integrativa de Literatura

“…A contextualização apresentada indicou a emergência de configuração contemporânea da carreira definida como híbrida e da baixa produção nacional sobre a temática. As sínteses de revisões de literatura nacionais sobre carreiras atuais, por exemplo, não citam as carreiras híbridas (Almeida & Socci, 2017;Rizzatti et al, 2017;Vasconcellos et al, 2016), evidenciando a relevância desta proposição para o campo dos estudos sobre o trabalho e as carreiras. Nessa compreensão, objetivei realizar uma revisão integrativa de literatura propondo uma conceituação de carreira híbrida a partir da síntese da literatura já existente, analisando suas potencialidades conceituais e aplicações práticas.…”
