Inovação Em Serviços: Análise Do Caso De Uma Empresa De Médio Porte No Nordeste Brasileiro

Abstract: Este artigo procurou caracterizar o processo de inovação em uma empresa de médio porte de serviço, no Nordeste brasileiro, identificando, a partir dessa análise, a existência de fatores internos favoráveis à inovação, as possíveis barreiras à atividade inovativa, e o tipo de inovação implementado.
