Através da relação inovação e pessoas percebe-se o estreito vínculo existente entre elas para o crescimento, declínio ou estagnação de uma organização. “…According to Cassiolato and Lastres (1999), innovation involves, in essence, learning and creation of knowledge, yielding new and different competences related to the development and implementation of products and processes. Costa et al (2014) carried out a study whose objective was to understand individuals' affinity with innovation within the organizational environment.
