Inorganic Lead Halide Perovskite Micro-/Nanostructures: From Self-Assembly to Applications

Abstract: Inorganic lead halide perovskites (ILHPs), an emerging class of semiconductors, hold great potential for a broad spectrum of applications, ranging from solar cells and light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to scintillators and lasers, due to ILHPs’ exceptional optical/electronic properties. The properties of ILHPs are closely related to their micro-/nanostructures, and thus controlling the micro-/nanostructures of ILHPs is highly desired to promote further development. Self-assembly, a common but powerful method, has r… Show more

“…Inorganic cesium lead halide perovskite materials CsPbX 3 (X = Cl, Br, I) are widely researched and applied in solar cells, 1,2 LEDs, 3,4 lasers, 5,6 photoelectric detection 7,8 and other fields [9][10][11] due to a direct band gap, high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY), great color purity, adjustable wavelength, and ease of synthesis. 12,13 Green and red emission CsPbX 3 materials have been widely studied and rapidly developed with excellent properties.…”
