The main purpose of the study is to analyze the modern neuropsychological methods of correction on the physical development of a person. The relevance of the introduction of neuropsychological methods in working with children is due, in particular, to the fact that psychological and pedagogical support for children is effective only if the objective laws of development are taken into account: they inevitably include the main patterns of the development of the child’s brain. The correctional developmental method and specific technologies in it working, built taking into account all the components of the psychological development of a preschooler in the norm. They include psychosomatic and cognitive, regulatory and executive aspects. Knowledge of the underlying mechanisms of all these processes, the logic and stages of their formation allows a conscious and differentiated approach to the psychological and pedagogical support of the developmental processes of any child. Based on the results of the study, the key neuropsychological methods of correction on the physical development of a person were characterized.

This paper presents a comprehensive meta-review of the intersection between Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) technologies and the Metaverse, emphasizing the enhancement of immersive experiences through VR, AR, MR, XR, Digital Twin, and haptic interfaces. The study classifies BCI devices into wearable and non-wearable categories, with a focus on their applications in robotics. It explores BCI user feedback mechanisms and their impact on medical and non-medical settings, including personalized rehabilitation and immersive gaming. The review introduces two frameworks for leveraging the Metaverse to navigate multisensory integration between BCI and Assistive Devices. Applications such as VR therapies for stroke patients and neuro-responsive multiplayer gaming environments showcase the potential of BCIs to enhance Metaverse interactions. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first meta-review on the integration of BCI and the Metaverse, identifying key challenges and research gaps, and serves as a foundational reference for future research and development in this interdisciplinary field.

Stroke prevalence is one of the most acute problems in the medical and social aspects of society: strokes are the second most common in the mortality statistics of the population. In the Russian Federation, stroke occurs annually in almost 500,000 people and is the first among the causes of death from neurological diseases and the second most common cause of death after heart disease. The most common consequences of stroke are motor disorders of varying severity, manifested as changes in muscle tone, paresis and paralysis, and impaired walking function. This paper is an overview of the current state of robotic rehabilitation devices used for post-stroke limb paresis and of expected trends of their development. The existing variants of their construction, conditions of kinesiotherapy sessions for obtaining the greatest effect are considered. The authors are of the opinion that the nearest prospect for the development of high-tech devices of this type is not only complex stationary universal complexes for clinics, but also simple mobile specialized simulators with remote medical control for outpatient use.
