Background Online learning presents unique challenges for students, such as reduced social support and increased distractions. Understanding the psychological factors that contribute to educational attainment in online classes is therefore important. Purpose This study aimed to investigate the structural relations among the psychological factors: academic resilience, personality, academic well-being, and educational attainment in online classes using the Tencent Meeting application in China. The study also explored the mediating role of student engagement in the relationship between the variables. Methodology This study used structural equation modeling (SEM) to investigate the relationships among the variables of the study. The participants were 384 undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students from Henan Polytechnic University in China. The participants completed self-report surveys of academic resilience, academic well-being, educational attainment, student engagement and personality types. Data analysis The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine the relationships among variables. The goodness of fit of the SEM was assessed using several fit indices, including the chi-square test, the comparative fit index (CFI), the Tucker-Lewis index (TLI), and the root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA). The study also conducted mediation analyses to explore the potential mediating roles of learner enjoyment in the relationships between psychological factors and educational attainment. Findings The results of the study showed that all variables of the study were positively related to educational attainment. The findings suggest that promoting academic resilience, academic well-being, and student engagement may be effective strategies for enhancing educational attainment in online classes using the Tencent Meeting application in China. Conclusions Using the Tencent Meeting application in China, this study provides insights into the complex interplay among several psychological factors and educational attainment in online classes. The findings highlight the importance of promoting academic resilience, personality, academic well-being, and student engagement to enhance educational attainment.

Due to the widespread impact of the Covid 19 pandemic, teachers and students were driven to relocate their teaching learning practices to the safety of their own homes. The goal of this research was to learn how Saudi students felt about distance learning online during the lockout of the College of Science and Humanities at Sulail, Prince Sattam Bin Abdullah University. Multiple methods were used to complete the study. Researchers collected data from 152 degree students of Management,Computer Science, English, Islamic Studies, Arabic department to rate their satisfaction with online learning settings using a Likert scale ranging from one to five points. A mixed research strategy was chosen for the study's purposes, with descriptive analysis used for the quantitative data analysis and content analysis used for the qualitative data analysis. Although some respondents expressed enthusiasm for online distance learning, the vast majority reported difficulties with the format and stated a preference for traditional in-person classes. Some students have expressed enthusiasm for this form of distance education. The study concluded that the findings can help policymakers and professors construct effective or efficient teaching ways to overcome difficult situations or pandemics, which is a summary of the study's main points.

Impacts of Financial Management Practices on the Economical Development of Small to Medium Size Forest Enterprises

Small and Medium-sized Forest Enterprises (SMFEs) have transitioned toward environmental sustainability due to the rapid evolution of the global economic climate. Researchers have revealed a high failure rate of about 90% worldwide for SMFEs due to poor financial management techniques, even though their performance is crucial for every emerging country. Implementing financial management methods has boosted firm expansion in the literature on the topic. This study fills a knowledge gap within the literature by examining the effect of financial management techniques on the expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMFEs). Financial management, financial analysis, computerized accounting systems and financial investments were the primary areas of inquiry. Two hundred sixty small and medium-sized business owners, financial managers, and other financial staff members filled out questionnaires to obtain the data. The analysis reveals that better financial management, financial reporting, accounting systems, investment decisions, and financing strategies lead to better financial performance and faster growth. The findings also show a robust beneficial relationship between financial management, financial analysis, computerized accounting systems and financial investments is essential to their success and has significant consequences for owners, administrators, and authorities. This research expands on previous discussions of numerous practical aspects and offers suggestions for future investigation.
