“…The estimated frequency of injuries was 1.15 per 1000 hours and 0.49 per 1000 hours for matches and training sessions, respectively. This frequency of injuries is lower than previously reported in amateur soccer players (5.1-9.6 per 1000 hours of sport playing), 40,43 and it could be associated with lower match and training exposure times than estimated.
