In order to improve the quality of college English vocabulary teaching, this paper studies the application of mobile technology in college English vocabulary teaching. The advantages of mobile technology are analyzed, and different mobile technology communication deployment schemes are determined according to different needs and environments of English vocabulary learning, so as to build a college English vocabulary teaching system, which is mainly composed of the user layer, mobile network layer, and English vocabulary data layer. Among them, the main functions of the user layer are user login, system information setting, English vocabulary resource browsing, uploading English vocabulary homework, etc., and determine user preference data through user logs. The mobile network layer is designed using mobile technology to create the delay control technique of the system mobile communication, and the system mobile network layer’s LAN is set up to increase data transmission speed. Finally, set up the database according to the English vocabulary of English words field, calculating Euclidean distance to determine the relationship between them, and then through random set classification vocabulary data types, calculate the similarity degree of the data extraction vocabulary data characteristics and remove high similarity of the English vocabulary data to reduce the difficulty of system storage. The experimental findings suggest that the mobile technology-based system has high performance and dependability and may be widely used in practice.

Exploring the Development, Dilemmas and Countermeasures of College English Teaching by Combining the Hierarchical Analysis Approach

College English teaching has formed a long-term historical persistent problem in the process of higher education expansion, and it is urgent to explore its development dilemma and corresponding countermeasures. This study uses hierarchical analysis to analyze the connection between relevant factors in English teaching activities, constructs a judgment matrix for teaching evaluation, establishes the index ordering through a consistency test, and applies intuitive fuzzy logic to establish the index weights. At the same time, a genetic algorithm was applied to the weight optimization process to iterate the better matrix indicator weights. After verifying the optimization effect through experiments, the comprehensive assessment method was applied to specific teaching cases and analyzed. The comprehensive evaluation results of students, teachers, and experts were obtained respectively, the latter being [0.3459 0.2961 0.1848 0.1086 0.0636]. The final evaluation result of the university English teaching case is [0.3358 0.2790 0.1874 0.1272 0.0695], which corresponds to the grade of “general”. Through the evaluation of university English teaching, the difficulties of current English teaching are fed back, which lays the foundation for the countermeasures to be put forward.

Business rescue practitioners (BRPs) are subject to many allegations of abuse and, therefore, professional accreditation has become a pre-requisite. The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) licensing is linked to multiple professional bodies’ knowledge and practices but is not generic. This study was guided by one key question: What is BRPs’ accreditation’s current state in a multiple professional body occupation? We used data mapped to scholarly and documented policy sources, categorized results from extensive reading, and integrated critical constructs (after the deconstruction of concepts) to yield a conceptual framework to develop a comprehensive understanding of professional accreditation. The results confirm the existence of a legal framework and institutional arrangements that are not coherently applied because of the absence of a professional accreditation framework (PAF). The proposed conceptual framework captures the concepts of the business rescue domain, professionalism, competency, accreditation, and definition of key terms to provide an interpretive approach to the BRPs’ accreditation reality resulting in a PAF based on the integration of BRP tasks and services and accreditation, competency, and professionalism.
