Abstract: Initial studies on the influence of Aspergillus niger on the wood components of Populus sp. An attempt was made to determine the content of structural substances (cellulose, holocellulose, lignin) and non-structural substances in poplar wood (Populus sp.) infected with the mentioned fungus.
