Abstract: BackgroundDespite the burden of pyelonephritis after kidney transplantation, there is no consensus on initial empirical antibiotic management.MethodsWe surveyed clinicians throughout the world on their practice and opinions about the initial empirical therapy of post‐transplant pyelonephritis, using clinical vignettes.
