Abstract:The present work was effective in combining equimolar 4aminoacetophene with leucine amino acid in the synthesis of a new corrosion inhibitor (S2). 1H N.M.R., 13C N.M.R., C.H.N., and FTIR techniques proved its structure. At 298.15 K, 0.5 M hydrochloric acid solution was measured to affect the S2 inhibitor on the CS (X56) electrode.
