Inhibition of pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase influence microbiota and metabolomic profile in pancreatic cancer xenograft mice

Abstract: Objective: Despite recent advances in treatment options, pancreatic cancer remains the most deadly major cancer. Targeting metabolism represents an emerging anti-cancer strategy.
