Inhibition of platelet-tumour cell interaction with ibrutinib reduces proliferation, migration and invasion of lung cancer cells

Abstract: Purpose: To investigate the pharmacological role of the Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor, ibrutinib, in tumour cell-platelet crosstalk in lung cancer.
