Inhibition of glucosylceramide synthase reversibly decreases the capsaicin-induced activation and TRPV1 expression of cultured dorsal root ganglion neurons

Abstract: Recent studies have demonstrated significant changes in the neuronal ganglioside status associated with altered functional states of nociceptive primary sensory neurons.
