Inherited Pulmonary Disorders

Abstract: Hereditary lung diseases can affect the airways (asthma, COPD, cystic fibrosis and primary ciliary dyskinesia), parenchyma (pulmonary fibrosis, Birt–Hogg–Dubé syndrome and, tuberous sclerosis) and vasculature (hereditary haemorrhagic telangiectasia) of the lung.
