Inherited and acquired immunodeficiencies underlying tuberculosis in childhood

Abstract: Summary Tuberculosis (TB), caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.tb) and a few related mycobacteria, is a devastating disease, killing more than a million individuals per year worldwide.
