Inhalation of foreign body: "Avoidable lobectomy. A case report''

Abstract: Aim: Describe the difficulties of treating an inhaled foreign body in a resource-limited country. It was a 6-year-old girl who was brought to an ENT specialist for persistent cough for 2 months after the notion of foreign body inhalation. We report the therapeutic circuit that led to a lobectomy after endoscopic failures.
