“…In its 2019 report, UNSCEAR reviewed dosimetric calculations for radon progeny exposure in homes, indoor workplaces and mines published after 2006 (Table 6). The data given in the UNSCEAR report show that calculations with the HRTM for exposures in homes gives a range from 13 to 21 mSv per WLM with a mean of 16 mSv per WLM (37,40,76,77,78,79,80). Lower values were obtained with deterministic and stochastic airway generation models, ranging from 8-12 mSv per WLM with a mean of 9 mSv per WLM (24,38,39,81,82).…”
