Research Question: The introduction of the Big Data concept in the healthcare sector points to a major challenge and potential. Motivation: Our goal is to indicate the importance of analyzing and processing large amounts of data that go beyond the typical ways of storing and processing information. Тhе data have their own characteristics: volume, velocity and variety. There are different structures. Analysis of these data is possible with the Big Data concept. Its importance is most evident in the health sector, because the preservation of the health status of the population depends on adequate data analysis. Idea: The idea of the paper is that big health data analytics contributes to a better quality provision of health services. The process is more efficient and effective. Data: Health analytics suggests that more and more resources are being utilized globally. In order to achieve improvements, health analytics and Big data concepts play a vital role in overcoming the obstacles, working more efficiently and aiming at providing adequate medical care. Tools: The Big data concept will help identify patients with developed chronic diseases. Big data can identify outbreaks of flu or other epidemics in real time. In this way, they are managed by the healthcare system, reducing overall healthcare costs over time, and increasing revenues. Findings: A key policy challenge is to improve the outcomes of the healthcare system, data collection and analysis, security, storage and transfers. Big data are the potential to improve quality of care, improve predictions of diseases, improve the treatment methods, reduce costs. Contribution: This paper points to the challenges and potentials of Big Health Data analytics and formulates good reasons to apply the Big Data concept in healthcare.

The introduction of digitization has changed all spheres of business on a global level, including geospatial data. The general goal of the paper includes the formation of a new model of geospatial data management. The authors propose the formation of an eSpace model that includes the ePlan system. In order to achieve the goal of the paper, the authors conducted a survey in which representatives of local self-governments and holders of public authority participated through a structured online survey. A pilot study for the formation of a geospatial data model is an overview of spatial and urban planning. The focus is on looking at the real state of spatial and urban planning documents and the possibility of establishing a central database of spatial planning documents in digital format and its further distribution through a single system. In this way, easy access to digital plan data expands the community of users and enables communication with different groups of stakeholders. The introduction of the described model affects the further development of society as a whole.

The introduction of digitization has changed all spheres of business on a global level, including geospatial data. In the Republic of Serbia, the process on this topic should begin with the introduction of the terms ePlan and eSpace. The general goal of the paper implies the construction and implementation of the ePlan as a future part of the eSpace for digital management of geospatial data, by creating co-creating value. For this purpose, the authors conducted research in which representatives of local self-governments and holders of public authority participated, by means of structured online research. The focus was on the digitization of urban and planning documents and the establishment a central database of spatial and planning documents in electronic format, and its further distribution through the one system. In that way, easy access to digital plan data expands the user community, and enables communication with different stakeholder groups. Ac-cording to the results of the research, the authors point out that it is necessary to form a new model for managing geospatial data through a eSpace system. This is achieved by shifting the focus from urban and spatial planning to other databases and their registers that are related to geospatial data. The goal of the paper indicates that it is necessary to raise the awareness of society, to introduce the concept of value co-creation, because conditions are created for the implementation of all measures aimed at digitization and management of electronic services in sustainable project society, at all countries.
