This journal article proposes a cross-business domain applied holistic mathematical model (AHMM) that is the result of a lifetime long research on business transformations, applied mathematics, software modelling, business engineering, financial analysis, and global enterprise architecture. This ultimate research is based on an authentic and proprietary mixed research method that is supported by an underlining mainly qualitative holistic reasoning model module. The proposed AHMM formalism attempts to mimic some functions of the human brain, which uses empirical processes that are mainly based on the beam-search, like heuristic decision-making process. The AHMM can be used to implement a decision-making system or an expert system that can integrate in the enterprise's business, information and communication technology environments. The AHMM uses a behaviour driven development environment or a natural language environment that can be easily adopted by the project's development teams. The AHMM offers a high level implementation environment that can be used by any team member without any prior computer sciences qualification. The AHMM can be used also to model enterprise architecture (EA) blueprints, business transformation projects, or knowledge management systems; it is supported by many real-life cases of various business domains. The uniqueness of this research is that the AHMM promotes a holistic unbundling process, the alignment of various EA standards and transformation strategies to support business transformation projects.

Представлен усовершенствованный метод парных сравнений, в котором посредством табличных форм систематизированы правила логических выводов при сравнении технических систем и формулы проверочных значений. Для этого сформулированы рациональные правила логических выводов при парном сравнении систем. С целью проверки результатов оценки на непротиворечивость введены понятия количества баллов, набранных одной системой, и коэффициента качества систем, а также разработаны формулы расчетов. Для целей практического использования данного метода при разработке программ для ЭВМ предлагаются формализованные варианты взаимосвязанных таблиц: таблица обработки и систематизации экспертной информации, таблица возможных логических выводов по результатам сравнения заданного количества технических систем и таблица проверочных значений при использовании метода парных сравнений при оценке качества определенного количества технических систем. Таблицы позволяют более рационально организовать процедуры обработки информации и в значительной степени исключить влияние ошибок при вводе данных на результаты оценки качества технических систем. Основной положительный эффект от внедрения усовершенствованного метода парных сравнений состоит в существенном сокращении времени и ресурсов на организацию работы с экспертами, обработку экспертной информации, а также на подготовку и проведение дистанционного опроса экспертов по сети Интернет или локальной вычислительной сети предприятия (организации) за счет рационального использования исходных данных о качестве оцениваемых систем. Предлагаемый усовершенствованный метод реализован в программах для ЭВМ, предназначенных для оценки эффективности и устойчивости больших технических систем.Ключевые слова: усовершенствованный метод парных сравнений, оценка, проверочные значения, коэффициент качества, таблица, систематизация

The article describes possible ways of improvement of assessment means of probabilistic characteristics of various complex radiotechnical systems. These ways are presented as practical examples of application of the methodology of assessment of a probability of failure of a given number of electronic elements within a complex radiotechical system depending on a maxi-mum likelihood of failure of one electronic element and the overall number of elements within the system.
