Industry 5.0 emphasises social sustainability and highlights the critical need for personnel upskilling and reskilling to achieve the seamless integration of human expertise and advanced technology. This paper presents a methodological framework for designing personalised training programs that support personnel upskilling, with the goal of fostering flexibility and resilience amid rapid changes in the industrial landscape. The proposed framework encompasses seven stages: (1) Integration with Existing Systems, (2) Data Collection, (3) Data Preparation, (4) Skills-Models Extraction, (5) Assessment of Skills and Qualifications, (6) Recommendations for Training Program, (7) Evaluation and Continuous Improvement. By leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and human-centric principles, our methodology enables the creation of tailored training programs to help organisations promote a culture of proactive learning. This work thus contributes to the sustainable development of the human workforce, facilitating access to high-quality training and fostering personnel well-being and satisfaction. Through a food-processing use case, this paper demonstrates how this methodology can help organisations identify skill gaps and upskilling opportunities and use these insights to drive personnel upskilling in Industry 5.0.

China is a fast-expanding nation, and the last 30 years have seen enormous social and economic transformations. The effect of these changes was severe, which has been reviewed in this article. The article explains that these changes have led to a meteoric increase in occupational disease cases. For example, the health of those who work on ships is vulnerable to various risks. Security in the workplace should be provided to all workers as a fundamental decency. Poor working conditions, particularly in developing countries, remain, notwithstanding the widespread adoption of fundamental safety procedures. The quality of occupational hygiene and safety at a given workplace significantly affects the health of its employees. Many employees now face traditional and emerging dangers on the job due to recent developments in industrialisation, technology and globalisation. For instance, the manufacturing industry exposes workers to various health hazards. This article also explains that people from many walks of life are affected by issues related to occupational health. Safety on the job is still in a very precarious position in China. The writer has further explained China's maritime and heavy engineering industries in this article, examining their function, current trends and potential future obstacles. Occupational safety plans in China, which now rely heavily on technological solutions, must expand to include business and governmentlevel stakeholders in preparing for and raising awareness of issues related to workers' health on the job in the future.

With the large number of computer technology and modern communication technology used in power monitoring systems, its security protection is constantly facing new challenges. The UEFI firmware is used to construct the physical connection structure of key devices in the power monitoring system in this paper. Using fuzzy testing methods to mine the vulnerabilities existing in the power monitoring system by generating a large number of variant test cases as the monitoring object, based on the collection of information of the basic blocks covered during the test run of the vulnerability seed to determine the target point to which the seed belongs. The coverage weight of the seed is determined with the help of the simulated annealing algorithm in order to accomplish task division of the target point. The fuzzy test method is used to analyze the operation mechanism and characteristics of the vulnerabilities in the power monitoring system, and the firmware attack mechanism of different HOOKs under UEFI is explored to summarize the characteristics of the scenarios in which the vulnerabilities appear in the power system as well as their impacts. The results show that the impact caused by vulnerabilities in the power monitoring system on the generation side and transmission side is mainly to damage the integrity and availability of information, the integrity and availability of the vulnerabilities in the generation side of the production side of the device with a risk rating of 63.74, 71.73, respectively, and the vulnerabilities in the transmission side of the SCADA with a risk rating of 79.04, 69.36, respectively. The vulnerabilities detected 608 security vulnerabilities were implanted in the UEF module, and 653 possible security problems were reported by the detection, of which the statistical underreporting rate was 1.48% and the false alarm rate was 9.05%.
