This article is devoted to the study of decision-making problems of hydrotreating process control in the production of high-quality gasoline under conditions of scarcity and fuzziness of the initial information, ultimately developing an approach to solve them. A systematic method is proposed that makes it possible to develop a package of mathematical models of a complex of interconnected units of chemical-technological systems based on available information of various types. Using the proposed system method, a package of models of the main interconnected units in which the hydrotreating process took place was developed. A decision-making problem was formulated to control the hydrotreating process in a fuzzy environment based on the developed system of models. By modifying the Pareto principle of optimality for fuzzy conditions, a heuristic method for solving the given decision-making problem was developed to control the hydrotreating process in a fuzzy environment. The novelty of the proposed heuristic method lies in the full use of the collected fuzzy information, which represents the knowledge, intuition and experience of the decision makers and experts. Accordingly, the proposed heuristic decision-making method makes it possible to achieve a high adequacy and efficiency of decisions made when solving production problems in a fuzzy environment. The results obtained were applied in practice to solve decision-making problems for hydrotreating process control at the Atyrau refinery. The results obtained show the advantages of the proposed heuristic method for solving decision-making problems of hydrotreating process control over known methods.

Abstract. In today's conditions, there is a need to find new and effective ways (means) to protect armored vehicles and increase their protection against modern means of destruction, as evidenced by the analysis of the damage received by armored vehicles during the repulsion of armed aggression against Ukraine. Various methods and means of additional protection always require practical verification of their feasibility. The purpose of this article is to present the main approaches to assessing the level of stability of an armored obstacle with additional armor and to build a mathematical model of the impact of 12.7 mm kinetic munitions on an armored obstacle with additional armor based on experimental data. To assess the relative properties of the armor barrier to the destructive energy of the munitions, the experimental-statistical method of mathematical modeling of the process of influence of the energy of the munitions on the armor barrier of armored vehicles was used, in which the experiment is considered as the main source of information about the process, and the methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics are the main means of processing the results of the experiment. The experimental study allowed to check the resistance of the armored barrier with additional armor to ammunition of 12.7 mm caliber, which destroys it under the action of kinetic energy. As a result of a multifactorial experiment, experimental data were obtained. Using the experimental data, a mathematical model of the impact of 12.7 mm kinetic ammunition on an armored obstacle with additional armor was built, which takes into account the angle of the meeting of the munition with the armored obstacle, the distance from the armored obstacle to the additional armor, the thickness of the additional armor. This mathematical model can be used to find the optimal additional armor of armored vehicles, taking into account the angle of inclination, the distance of additional armor to the main armor and the thickness of additional armor.

The article discusses the approaches providing symmetric access of all industrial production services to the data of business processes of the enterprise by building a single warehouse of heterogeneous data of a metallurgical production. The warehouse is a part of an automated statistic quality control system for the products of a metallurgical enterprise. The article describes an ontological storage model of data coming from various sources of information in the production process. The concept of “a unit of production of metallurgical production” is introduced that is the connecting component of the entire production life cycle of a metallurgical production. The authors propose an ontological model of the production process, in terms of information flows which are formed in an enterprise at each stage of production. Based on the constructed ontological model, the structure of recording an array of information in the heterogeneous data warehouse is justified and formed. Heterogeneous data warehouse forms a single information space of the enterprise, which serves as the basis for analytical analysis throughout the production and decision—making process. For example, timely response to the deviation reasons from the given physical and chemical properties of the finished product.
