Information Conversion into Information Resources

Abstract: The article conducts a survey of the information resources features, describes the properties of information resources and reveals their content, defines application and types of information resources, reveals legal and regulatory support of the system of state information resources management, discloses different types of resources, shows organizational aspects of information resources management. The technology of information resources management is described.
