Influx of diverse, drug resistant and transmissible Plasmodium falciparum into a malaria-free setting in Gulf Cooperation (GCC) countries.

Abstract: Background Successful malaria control programs have interrupted local malaria transmission in almost all the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
