In China, online medical consultation is regarded as part of the “Internet + medical treatment” and has gradually become an accepted way for people to seek medical advice. However, many factors can affect users’ security information behavior during the consultation process. In order to explore and evaluate the factors influencing the security information behavior of online medical consultation users, this paper firstly adopted semistructured interviews to collect data concerning the influencing factors originating from users themselves, other personnel, and the environment. Secondly, the Delphi method was used to determine the evaluation index system of the factors influencing the security information behavior of online medical consultation users based on the interview data. In this system, there are three first-level indexes, nine second-level indexes, and twenty-three third-level indexes. Finally, the weight of each evaluation index was calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in the index system. This study improves and deepens the theoretical system of influencing factor evaluation of security information behavior. In addition, it also provides theoretical guidance and support for the more rational development of online medical consultation information services.

Unsafe Mining Behavior Identification Method Based on an Improved ST-GCN

Aiming to solve the problems of large environmental interference and complex types of personnel behavior that are difficult to identify in the current identification of unsafe behavior in mining areas, an improved spatial temporal graph convolutional network (ST-GCN) for miners’ unsafe behavior identification network in a transportation roadway (NP-AGCN) was proposed. First, the skeleton spatial-temporal map constructed using multi-frame human key points was used for behavior recognition to reduce the interference caused by the complex environment of the coal mine. Second, aiming to solve the problem that the original graph structure cannot learn the association relationship between the non-naturally connected nodes, which leads to the low recognition rate of climbing belts, fighting and other behaviors, the graph structure was reconstructed and the original partitioning strategy was changed to improve the recognition ability of the model for multi-joint interaction behaviors. Finally, in order to alleviate the problem that the graph convolution network has difficulty learning global information due to the small receptive field, multiple self-attention mechanisms were introduced into the graph convolution to improve the recognition ability of the model for unsafe behaviors. In order to verify the detection ability of the model regarding identifying unsafe behaviors of personnel in a coal mine belt area, our model was tested on the public datasets NTU-RGB + D and the self-built datasets of unsafe behaviors in a coal mine belt area. The recognition accuracies of the proposed model in the above datasets were 94.7% and 94.1%, respectively, which were 6.4% and 7.4% higher than the original model, which verified that the proposed model had excellent recognition accuracies.

Although numerous studies have confirmed the important influence of values on employees’ behavior, less is known about the relationship between work values and miners’ safe behavior. Based on self-verification theory and trait activation theory, this study constructed a structural equation model to explore the effect of work values on miners’ safety behavior, using psychological empowerment as a mediating variable and safety climate as a moderating variable. Data were collected from 207 miners in three coal mines in China. The model was examined using a hierarchical regression analysis and the bootstrapping method. The results showed that three types of work values significantly and positively predicted miners’ safety behavior, and psychological empowerment mediated the relationship between work values and miners’ safety behavior. However, the moderating role of safety climate was not supported. The results enrich the boundary conditions under which work values influence miners’ safety behavior and provide coal managers with intervention measures such as cultivating miners’ work values and psychological empowerment, which can improve miners’ safety behavior.
