INFLUÊNCIA DO RESÍDUO DE PRODUÇÃO DE CERVEJA NO CRESCIMENTO DE FUNGOS Ganoderma E NA OBTENÇÃO DE β-GLUCANAS

Abstract: A utilização de efluentes do setor cervejeiro como substrato em cultivos fúngicos torna-se uma alternativa sustentável de reaproveitamento de resíduos.
