Influência do estresse hídrico sobre a decomposição da serapilheira em floresta amazônica de terra firme

Abstract: Neste estudo, foi verificada a influência do estresse hídrico sobre a decomposição da serapilheira. As coletas foram realizadas na Floresta Nacional de Caxiuanã (PA), em uma área experimental onde a floresta amazônica foi coberta com plataformas de plástico, que impediram que a água da chuva chegasse ao solo, e em uma área controle em condições naturais, adjacente à área experimental.
