Influences of the Filter Effect on Pulse Splitting in Passively Mode-Locked Fiber Laser with Positive Dispersion Cavity

Abstract: Based on the extended nonlinear Schrödinger equation, the influences of the filter effect on pulse splitting in a passively mode-locked erbium-doped fiber laser with positive dispersion cavity are investigated theoretically.
