Influences of employees’ perceptions of corporate social responsibility on job satisfaction – A study in Hochiminh City

Abstract: The present study aims to explore the influences of employees’ perceptions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on their satisfaction in different sectors. The results of the literature review show that there are three components in employees’ perceptions of CSR, including Philanthropic CSR, Ethical CSR, and Environmental CSR; and it is impacted by Perceived CSR capability, Ethical program, and Perceived fit between corporate culture and CSR activities.
