Influences of Critical Thinking Disposition, Nurse Managers' Transformation and Transactional Leadership Style on Nurses' Competency with Evidence Based Practice

Abstract: This study was conducted to identify the influences of critical thinking disposition and perceived nurse managers' leadership style on nurses' competency with evidence based practice in hospitals.
