“…To solve this intractable problem and eliminate these oxide films, MoSi 2 , Si 3 N 4 , B 4 C, SiC, C, Ni, Y 2 O 3 , Al 2 O 3 , ZrB 2 , and high-entropy alloys, et al have all used as additives or second phase substances to improve the sinterability and related properties of TiB 2 -based ceramics.
