Abstract:Based on the traditional aluminium/polytetrafluoroethylene (Al/PTFE) (volume percentage ratio of PTFE and Al is 77.4%:22.6%) reactive materials, four types of specimens are prepared by adding wolfram (W) fibres with volume percentages of 0%, 4%, 16.3% and 29.6%, respectively. The dynamically experimental results show that the stress-strain curve can be divided into the elastic, hardening and failure stages. However, the impact reaction process of PTFE/Al/W fibre can be regarded as deformation, failure and comb… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
