Influence of the wavelet order on proper damage location in plate structures

Abstract: Abstract. The rectangular thin plates were analyzed in the paper. The static response in plate structure subjected to the uniform load was derived by applying the finite element method. In the dynamic, experimental tests the accelerations were obtained with the use of modal hammer and DEWEsoft® software.
