Influence of the patient’s immune status on the occurrence of infectious and inflammatory kidney diseases after coloproctological operations

Abstract: Pyelonephritis often occurs against the background of coloproctological surgical interventions, complicating the postoperative period. Preventing infectious and inflammatory diseases of the genitourinary system is one of the important tasks for surgeons. To successfully solve this problem, it is necessary to assess the risk for the patient of developing pyelonephritis before surgery and take measures to prevent it.
