Abstract:To compare the injection of small amounts of undiluted C 3 F 8 with the traditional gas injection in vitrectomy for macular hole treatment. Methods: This clinical trial included 26 individuals divided into two groups. Group 1 received an intravitreal injection of 0.9-1.0 mL of 100% C 3 F 8 , and Group 2 received 15-20 mL of 20% C 3 F 8 .
