Influence of Sucralfate on Trilisate Bioavailability

Abstract: Twelve healthy human volunteers were randomized to receive either choline-magnesium trisalicylate (CMT) 1.5 g orally every 12 hours or a combination of CMT plus sucralfate 1 g orally every 6 hours for 5 days before the blood sampling day. After a 3-week washout period, the subjects were crossed over to receive the alternate treatment for 5 days.
