Influence of Storage on Darkening and Hardening of Slow- and Regular-Darkening Carioca Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Genotypes

Abstract: New carioca bean cultivars are being introduced into the market necessitating their evaluation under trade conditions, which often require storage under ambient conditions.
