The contribution of biomass burning in springtime maxima in ozone and CO was also observed at other high‐altitude sites (Mount Lulin [ Ou Yang et al ., ] and Mount Mie‐Feng [ Lin et al ., ]) in central Taiwan. The enhancement in ozone and CO at Mount Mie‐Feng was reported to be 8 ppb and 45 ppb, respectively, and it was suggested that the pollutants emitted by Southeast Asian biomass burning could be transported and influence air quality over subtropical Taiwan in springtime [ Lin et al ., ].…”
