0.05). Obese and Dyn-Ob individuals in the AT+RT group increased TTE compared with baseline levels and this increase was greater compared to the Control group (P 0.05). Furthermore, in Dyn-Ob individuals, HbA1c significantly decreased after AT+RT compared to the Control group (0.48%, CI: -1.20, 0.23 vs. +0.19%, CI -0.60, 0.99; P 0.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that the combination of AT and RT might magnified the improvement in fitness and glycemic control in Dyn-Ob individuals with type 2 diabetes.
