Influence of Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation on Performance of Public Secondary Schools Projects in Mutomo Sub-County, Kenya

Abstract: In schools, participatory monitoring and evaluation is a tool for enhancing performance of projects and improving overall efficiency of project planning, management and implementation.
