Influence of oxygen concentration, feed gas flow rate and air humidity on the output of ozone produced by corona discharge

Abstract: Ozone (trioxygen) shows a lack of stability and quickly breaks down to dioxygen, meaning that ozone in any way can not be stored. It is therefore necessary to produce ozone on site where it is used. This leads to the idea of having an ozone generator with high efficiency. Ozone generator is an electrical device to convert oxygen as feed gas into ozone. Besides electrical parameters, feed gas plays an important role for ozone output.
