Influence of nutrition, food supplements and lifestyle in hair disorders

Abstract: Genetic, androgenic, epigenetic, environmental, lifestyle, diet, and nutritional factors have influence over promoting or regulating inflammation, immunity, and genetic expression predisposing to hair loss. Oxidative stress is a major mediator for various mechanisms of hair loss, including the release of transforming growth factor-β ( TGF-β).
