One of the most important tasks of healthcare is to increase the level of population satisfaction with the quality of medical care in medical organizations. Despite all the efforts made to improve the quality of dental care, defects in the examination, diagnosis and treatment of teeth, marginal periodontal diseases, dental anomalies, and oral mucosa do not tend to decrease. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign publications, the need to study the population’s satisfaction with dental medical services depending on the influence of certain factors is substantiated. It has been established that among the many factors of population satisfaction with regard to the provision of high-quality medical dental services, the issues of the level of service expected by the patient when providing dental care are significant.
Based on the above, we can conclude that it is necessary to develop a program for assessing and monitoring the quality of dental care provided in order to introduce them into the practice of medical organizations.
