“…As shown in Figure 4a, XPS spectra provided the chemical composition of SZGO:Mn 2+ samples, including Sr, Zn, Ge, O and Mn, and all the tested peaks were at the expected peak positions. Ge 2p1 , Ge 2p3 , Ge Auger1 , Ge Auger2 , Ge 3s , Ge 3p3 and Ge 3d3 were located near 1249, 1217, 358, 342, 181, 122 and 29 eV, respectively [37]; 980, 531, and 135 eV corresponded to the binding energies of O Auger , O 1s , and Sr 3d3 , respectively [38,39]; while 1045, 1022, and 496 eV corresponded to the electron emission energies of Zn 2p1 , Zn 2p3 , and Zn Auger , respectively [37,40]. All peaks for Sr, Zn, Ge, O, and Mn are according to the standard corresponding centre values of these intensity light peaks.…”
